  • Push press 5RM!, -10%/5×3
  • Back Squat 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Bent Row 60/7, Bench Press 60/7, alternating each minute, 10 minutes
  • Deadlift(135-155/225)/Over bar burpee/wb – 3/4/5 EMOM for 8 minutes

SUNDAY 5/17

  • Snatch from below knee 3RM!, -10%/3×3
  • Snatch deadlift 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • HEAVY American kettlebell swings, 6 reps EMOM for 8 minutes
  • Snatch RDL + shrug (not a pull), 75% of snatch/10×3
