TUESDAY WORKOUT

  • Thruster (from rack), 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Front squat 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Bent Row 60/7, Bench Press 60/7, alternating each minute, 10 minutes
  • ABSSSS/BICEPSSSS superset (your choice or trainer choice)

 

THURSDAY WORKOUT

  • Full clean from above knees, 3RM!, -10%/3×3
  • Clean deadlift (not touch n go), 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Clean RDL + shrug (not a pull), 75% of clean/10×3
  • Airdyne!! (6 rounds 15s on, 1:45 off as hard as possible)
