Strength WODs week of 5/23-5/28

SATURDAY STRENGTH

  • Push press 5RM!, -10%/5×3
  • Back Squat 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Bent Row 60/8, Bench Press 60/8, alternating each minute, 10 minutes
  • Deadlift (135-155/225)/Over bar burpee/wb – 3/5/5 EMOM for 10 minutes

 

SUNDAY STRENGTH

  • Snatch from below knee, 3RM!, -10%/3×3
  • Snatch deadlift 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • HEAVY American kettlebell swings, 6 reps EMOM for 9 minutes
  • Snatch RDL + shrug (not a pull), 80% of snatch/10×3

 

TUESDAY STRENGTH

  • Thruster (from rack), 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Front squat 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Bent Row 60/8, Bench Press 60/8, alternating each minute, 10 minutes
  • ABSSSS/BICEPSSSS superset (your choice or trainer choice)

 

THURSDAY STRENGTH

  • Full clean from above knees, 3RM!, -10%/3×3
  • Clean deadlift (not touch n go), 7RM!, -10%/7×3
  • Clean RDL + shrug (not a pull), 80% of clean/10×3
  • Airdyne!! (6 rounds 15s on, 1:45 off as hard as possible)
