  • Snatch (Hb + Fl), 70/2×8 EMOM
  • CL Deadlift (no touch and go!), 80/2×5
  • Bench, 70/9×4

 *Hb + Fl – for snatch, do a rep from power position (high hang) and then from floor

SUNDAY STRENGTH

  • Jerk, 70/2×8 EMOM
  • Front squat, 80/3×5
  • Bent row, 70/9×4

 

TUESDAY STRENGTH

  • Clean (HB + Fl), 70/2×8 EMOM
  • CL Deadlift (no touch and go!), 80/3×5
  • Bench, 75/7×5

 

THURSDAY STRENGTH

  • Snatch, 80/1×6
  • C&J, 80/1×6
  • Back squat, 80/3×5
  • Bent Row, 75/7×5
