Tuesday Strength 9/8

12514_772901702760336_6576361272256608803_nThis is the last week of exercises focusing primarily on the power position. Starting next week we will work on foot-work and receiving in a squat.

  • Bar warm-up; muscle snatch x2, overhead squat x2, sots press x2 (or standing press)
  • Power snatch + hang snatch (1+1)x5
  • Snatch; 2×4 (same weight as above)
  • Back squat; 70%x5, 75%x5x2, 80%x4
  • Back work; weighted planks AHAP 30sec x3 or bent over rows 5×3
  • Stretch
