  • Bar warm-up: Muscle clean + Tall clean; (3+3)x3
  • Power clean + hang clean (mid-thigh) + front squat; work to heavy weight x3
  • Push press + Power jerk + jerk; medium (1+1+1)x5
  • Jerk dips; work to heavy weight x3
  • Ab work: weighted plank holds AHAP for 30sec x3
