Andrew Marquez (85kg) with 150kg clean and jerk this past weekend in Philly

  • Warm up: muscle snatch + push jerk in snatch (3+3)x3
  • Tempo OH squat 50%(of snatch) x3 x3, 6 second descent
    • This is for technique priming, do them very controlled
  • Snatch: heavy single
  • Back squat: heavy single
  • Warm down: do something that cools you down ie 500m casual row, 25cal airdyne
  • Stretch
