  • Warm up: muscle clean + front squat + press + push press + jerk x3
  • 3 position pull (pause below the knee, above the knee, p. position) 50% x3x3
    • This is for technique, do them very controlled
  • Clean and jerk: heavy single
  • Front squat: heavy single
  • Warm down: do something that cools you down ie 500m casual row, 25cal airdyne
  • Stretch
