  • Power Clean + Power Jerk – 75%x1+1 x 5
  • Overhead Squat – 80% x 2 x 5
  • 4 sets; no rest:
    • 10 I’s, Y’s and T’s
    • 30 second ring hold (or as long as possible)
    • 10  kb RDLs (choose a heavy weight)
