Two options for today. Choose the lift that you haven’t maxed this cycle (or made the least progress on). You will have several opportunities this week to max the other lift.
- Snatch – max
- Back squat – max
- Clean & Jerk – max
- Front squat – max
Take smart attempts. Begin with position work with the bar, followed by triples or doubles up to 80-85%. Then singles up to max attempt. After first failed attempt, drop 5% and go up again. After 3 misses move on.
