  • Snatch – heavy single; (80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1) x 2 (% of HS)
  • Clean & Jerk – heavy single; (80% x (1+1), 85% x (1+1), 90% x (1+1)) x 2 (% of HS)
  • Front Squat – 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2x3
  • Quarter Squat Jump – 40%x3x4 (% of BS)
