Technique Primer: Press in Snatch (ascending weights) – 5, 4, 3

  • Power Snatch + OHS (3 sec hold in bottom) – (1+1)RM; 90% x (1+1)
  • Power Jerk + Jerk – 70% x (1+1), 75% x (1+1) x 3 (% of jerk)
  • Snatch Balance (3 sec hold in bottom of second rep) – 70% x 2 x 4
