Max Snatch and Clean and Jerk! Start with technique primer of choice, stretch out in between sets if necessary. Take triples at light weights, doubles at medium weight and then singles at heavy weights. Feel free to do a wave if something feels off.
If you are maxing tomorrow do the following in addition to stretching out afterwards:
- Snatch – 60%x1x6
- Power Clean & Jerk – 60% x (1+1) x 6
