This week will be a deload week. You may choose any workout you like, here is an option:

Technique Primer: Muscle Snatch + Tall Snatch – 3 x (3+3) (light)

  • 3-Position Snatch (floor, knee, mid-thigh) – RM; 65%, 70% (%of RM)
  • Snatch Pull on Riser – 85%x5, 90%x5, 95%x5
  • Back Squat – 70%x5, 80%x1, 72%x5, 82%x1, 74%x5, 84%x1
  • Back Squat Jump – 20%x3x5 (% of back squat)
