Technique primer: Muscle snatch + OH squat + Press in snatch (1+2+3)x4

  • Hang snatch (below knee or low block) – 75% x 2 x 5
  • Hang clean (below knee or low block) – 75% x 2 x 5
  • Snatch push press + heaving snatch balance – (1+2)x4

3 rounds:

  • 12 I’s, 12 Y’s, 12 T’s
  • Single arm DB press x10/arm
  • Single arm DB row x10/arm
