Technique primer: Muscle snatch + OH squat + Press in snatch (1+2+3)x4

  • Power snatch + OH squat (low block or hang) – 65% (of snatch) x 1+2 x 2, 70% x 1+2 x 2, 75% x 1+2 x 2
  • Power clean + front squat (low block or hang) – 75% x 5 sets
  • Pause parallel squat – 70-75% (of BS) x3x4

3 rounds:

  • 30 seconds of ring holds (or on blocks)
  • 30 seconds of handstand hold against a wall
