  • Snatch – ~70-80% x2x5
  • Clean & Jerk – ~70-80% x(3+1)x5
  • Clean pull – 105% x4x4
  • Pause front squat – 80% x2x4

3 rounds:

  • 30 sec side plank (weighted if you want)
  • 30 sec other side plank (weighted if you want)
  • 10 behind the neck push press
