Stay upright on the heavy front squats!

  • Front Squat 1-1-1
  • OHS 80%x3x8 (percent of max snatch)
  • Clean high-pull 92%x3, 97%x3, 102%x3

For the front squats, all three singles should be heavy, and the second single should be the heaviest. Percentages should be something like 95% – 100+% – 90%.
