We have our Yoga class this Sunday. If you’re coming to Sunday strength, please make sure you’re done by 12:30.

Hsu Shu-ching. If you have a ponytail, it should fly straight up as you drive and drop under the bar in the snatch, clean, and jerk.

  • Max power snatch
  • Front squat 75% x 4 x 1, 80% x 4 x 3
  • Front squat 3331 40% x 3 x 3
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time:
    • Ball slams
    • Wall balls (30/20 for both)
