  • Power clean 60-70% x 3 x 5
  • Clean DL 100% x 2 x 4
  • 3 sets:
    • 12 windshield wipers
    • 12 reverse hyperextensions
  • Conditioning: 10-15 calories rowed EMOM 10 (get these as fast as possible each minute)
