We’re doing some strongman stuff as the accessory work today! Keep lats and core tight and go heavy on the farmers walks – we have handles

  • Clean pull + tall clean x 2+1 x 2 x 5
  • C&J 70-80% x 1+1 x 5
  • Clean pull 95-100% x 3 x 3
  • Push press 80-85% x 3 x 4
  • 4 times, minimal rest:
    • 100m farmers walk (heavy)
    • 100m double KB overhead carry (lighter)
