Lean back in the front squat, use your back as well as your abs to stay in good position, especially working with tempos

  • Max power clean
  • Front squat 75% x 4 x 1, 80% x 4 x 1, 85% x 3 x 2
  • Front squat 3331 40% x 3 x 3
  • 4 rounds for time:
    • 7 burpee box jumps
    • 7 burpee deadlifts (with dumbbells)
    • 7 burpees
    • 1 min rest
