  • Power jerk 65-80% x 2 x 5
  • Snatch DL 105% x 2 x 4
  • 3 sets:
    • 12 Russian twists
    • 12 Reverse hyperextensions
  • 5 rounds for time:
    • 10 heavy KB swings
    • 100m sled drag
    • 1 min rest
