  • Muscle snatch from floor x 3 x 5
  • Snatch 75-85% x 2 x 5
  • Back squat 75% x 4, 80% x 3, 85% x 2, 90% x 1, 95-100% x 1 if feeling good
  • 4 times, minimal rest:
    • 125m sandbag sprint (up the hill, walk back down, light sandbag)
    • 1 min plank weighted
