Welcome to the new cycle! It will be 6 weeks of complexes, pulls, and heavy singles to develop consistency and strength in the classic lifts, as well as a continuation of the squat work we’ve been doing. We’ll taper and retest maxes at the end of October, when a few of us will be going to the Unrivaled Classic lifting meet in VA beach.
- Tall muscle snatch x 3 x 5 (light)
- Snatch pull + Hang snatch (above knees) + snatch 60-70% x (1+1+1) x 5
- Snatch DL w/ pause at knees 95% x 3 x 3
- Front squat 75% x 3 x 5
- Tabata plank (weighted if possible)
