  • Back squat 75% x 3 x 1, 77% x 3 x 1, 80% x 3 x 2, 83% x 3 x 1
  • 4 times:
    • 5 burpee box jumps
    • 5 burpee deadlifts
    • 5 burpee pull-ups
    • 1 min rest
