  • Jerk balance at forehead x 2 x 5 (light, split)
  • Clean Pull + hang clean (above knees) + jerk 70-85% x (1+1+1) x 4
  • Clean DL w/ pause at knees 110% x 3 x 3
  • Snatch PP + OHS (3 sec pause at bottom) 75-85% of snatch (2+2) x 5
  • EMOM 8: 2-6 strict pull-ups and 2-6 strict hspu each minute
