A reasonably strong 17 year old.

  • Snatch balance 70-80% (of snatch) x 1 x 5
  • High hang snatch 65-75% x 1 x 6
  • Back squat 75% x 5 x 7 (Beginner: 60% + 3kg x 5 x 5)
  • Mobility (pigeon, banded hamstring stretch, calf barbell stretch, butterfly type stretches)
