This is the last day of the squat cycle! After this we’re tapering, get ready to max your squats Tuesday!

  • Snatch balance 75-95% (of snatch) x 1 x 5
  • Snatch heavy single, then 70% x 1 x 4
  • Back squat 85%+6-12kg x 3 x 10 (Beginner: Front squat 70% + 3-6 kg from last time x 5 x 5)
